GulfStar is a premier provider of engineering support solutions to the oil and gas industry in Iraq.

Our primary areas of focus are pipeline insulation and rehabilitation; tank and vessel composite solutions; field operations and maintenance; facilities maintenance;  telecommunications and information technology.

We also offer additional services, such as vehicle mobilization and maintenance; manpower and life support.

GulfStar is a privately-owned company, registered in Iraq, fully supported and approved by Iraqi government entities.

Area of Operations

We are headquartered in Baghdad, with several operational sites across Iraq in Basra, Nasiriyah and Missan, as well as Kurdistan.

Our diverse Client portfolio includes BGC, Shell ExxonMobil, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

GulfStar is the sister company of Gulf Supply & Commercial Services (GSCS) and Abu Dhabi Supplies & Commercial Services (ASCS). As a group, our diverse customer base also extends to across the GCC.

The rapid mobilization and deployment of the GulfStar O&M team and management was extremely impressive and of great assistance to Baker Hughes in returning the camp and facilities to their proper state. GulfStar faced significant challenges at the beginning of the contract, receiving over 1000 service calls within the 1st 21 days of the contract. Not only did GulfStar always respond and resolve these high number of service calls, they immediately implemented a professional preventive maintenance plan to ensure we would never again face such high volumes of service calls.
